At Loiter, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new streetwear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in unworn, brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Attach Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or replacement.
